But I have too many frazzled nerves to stand at a urinal while wearing boots, slimming jeans, and a cute top... but then again, I don't ever really stand up to pee anymore anyways.

maybe because I'm in California, but no one is going to tell you to get out and use the other bathroom. What are they going to do, pull and push you out?

chances are the other people are just as scared of being wrong or saying something dumb if they notice anything weird. I usually use the girls bathroom now, but I'll go into the men's when I'm desperate (their lines are a fuck ton shorter) or it's just convenient (I don't want to walk all the way down stairs to use the bathroom).

whenever I'm out in public in my dress, makeup and heels, I always really contemplate going into the women's, but chicken out at the last minute and end up using the men's -_______- I can deal with the comments and the stares, but not the thought of getting thrown out of a place for using the wrong bathroom (so I'm paranoid, sue me)

I walked into the women's restroom the other day without thinking. I ussually use the men's, unless I'm really confident about passing, and even then I USUALLY only use the women's if I have a girl friend or two with me.
